'24 MSAA Summer Institute

Attorney Catherine Lyons will present on supporting legal challenges facing School Administrators, especially with Chapter 71, Section 37H, 37H ½, 37H ¾ and the demanding challenges of each designation. She will offer advice on helping administrators and schools manage issues before they become costly and litigious.  Attorney Lyons will lead an interactive discussion to assist participants with a better understanding of litigation in federal and state cases while focusing on challenging areas such as Special Education, Discipline, Bullying and Civil Rights.
