In this dynamic workshop, participants will delve into the transformative journey the Grafton Public Schools took to embrace AI technologies in our instructional practices.  Participants will leave with a focused game plan to build administrator calibration, enhance professional development for educators, and establish a visionary AI committee.  This session promises a comprehensive overview of our strategic approach and clear action steps for participants to take back to their district leadership teams.
