'24 MSAA Summer Institute

Leadership development needs to be a priority and included in the curriculum for all students.

Learn how Canton High School made this a reality including action steps taken to create the course and curriculum, and how we achieved making formal leadership development part of our graduation requirements.

We will share the adjustments made to our Wellness model and master schedule, as well as how the course supports and fosters co- and extra-curricular leadership opportunities including mentoring, community service, and involvement in state and regional initiatives.

* This session is open to all levels but will be presented through a secondary perspective.
