The Science of Reading is everywhere, and as instructional leaders, Principals need to manage effective implementation in an environment that supports school staff. This session for elementary school administrators will delve into the effective implementation of the Science of Reading framework within a school setting.  Administrators will learn how to build an internal structure that facilitates instruction, assessment, and monitoring of student progress, as well as techniques for providing targeted support to struggling readers. The session will also explore methods for fostering a supportive school culture that prioritizes literacy instruction and collaboration among teachers, staff, and families. By the end of the session, administrators will be equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to guide their schools towards improved literacy outcomes for all students.
